AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING CERTIFICATION
Objective: To train their group of salesman on the performance of a new truck.

Our client relied on the VIP-LMS to launched the new training videos and on VIP's Change Management expertise to handle the risks and changes their employees will experience during the PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM 2007.

VIP provided the end-users with a web-based, easy-to-use 24x7 certification testing site and a series of html newsletters to announce the program, preparing the audience from a psychological stand point to accept the training and embraced it as a positive and necessary solution. Supported these communications with t-shirt and key change with the title of the program.

Making the necessary preparation for this events made a huge difference in how the end-users embraced this new system implementation and certification training program. VIP's client obtained 100% participation and certification results.


OIL COMPANY SAP TRAINING CERTIFICATION
Objective: Help all future SAP users to learn the system and embrace change

Our change management plan, guided by VIP's expert advice, impacted this SAP implementation like no other. From a methodic training plan to a creative and clever marketing campaign; VIP's plan included logo design, HTML newsletter (Change Communication campaign), posters, t-shirst, etc.

Their end-users are accepting and learning this system beyond every expectation supported by a group of self-paced, web-based, rich in graphics e-learning courses created by VIP. Each of these courses match our clients identity, look and feel. All courses have *required* embedded certification test that successfully prepared the users to log in and navigate this new system and certify that they have mastered the content.

The first challenge that this project encountered was the rumor that the implementation was not true. VIP's creative team came up with a light and refreshing approach. Simulating a real movie review and using a recent blockbuster title the communications plan targeted all end-useres successfully.
