Thanks to Julio's talent and programming abilities, VIP was able to publish and market the VIP-LMS (VIP's proprietary Learning Management System). The VIP-LMS tool was created as VIP's e-Learning tracking methodology, designed to serve as a learning progress measuring system, supporting VIP's e-Learning platform. The VIP-LMS has now expanded to so much more, going on it's 4th upgrade.

Julio joined VIP in January 2002 with 15 years of IT experience and proven ability to manage large projects, meeting goals and completing work on time and under budget.

He is an expert in Linux Administration, Oracle, A+ and a Systems Programmer. Some of his specialized training and certifications includes, PC environment and operating Systems: Microsoft DOS, Windows 95 / 98. Programming Languages: JavaScript, Perl / CGI, HTML / DHTML, AutoLisp. Software Applications: AutoCAD 2000 (including 3D drawings), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Macromedia Flash.


Glen joined VIP in January 2005 with a 12 year background in Supply Chain Management within the chemical industry. Glen is a decisive team leader with expertise in SAP documentation and training project management. His SAP experience includes MM, FI-CO, SD, LO, PS, PM, HR, SCM and SAP Waste and Recycling Solution.

In addition to his working knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP R/3, Glen is a certified HAZMAT trainer, a project team lead and a hardware engineer. Glen is also an RWD InfoPak Administrator, RWD uPerform, Resite and OnDemand. He has represented VIP in over 10 SAP implementations, utilizing a variety of project tools and other ERP Documentation tools to include: Resite, On-Demand, Lectora, Macromedia Captivate, MS Office Suite, MS Access, Excel, Outlook, HTML, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Publisher, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Authorware, Voice Integration Tools, VIP’s LMS and VIP’s WBT programs. He is an SAP test script validator and a performance improvement analyst.

Glen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, Texas.


Marisabel, joined VIP consultants in January 2002, as VIP's art director. She later became the project manager for the SAP-VIP Course Development team. The SAP-VIP Course Library is a web-based solution created with VIP's own methodology to educate SAP end-users in basic SAP navigational skills as well as their specific transactions and is has already been proven effective in several SAP implementations.

Her skills in web technologies, graphic and instructional design have greatly impacted VIP from the beginning. She is a Change Management expert with emphasis in Assesment, Training and Communications. She is also a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand. Marisabel's background in Advertising and Marketing added a new dimension to VIP's corporate image as demonstrated in VIP's web site, courseware offerings and marketing publications.

Marisabel is responsible for VIP's operation and business representation in the states of Florida and Georgia. She also serves as a bilingual trainer & E-Learning consultant for Latin American based projects.

Sonia and Marisabel are originally from Venezuela, a tie that kept them in touch after they both left their previous employer. Marisabel holds a Master's Degree in Arts from Pittsburgh State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from UCV/Venezuela and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the Caracas Institute of Design/Venezuela.


Leica is responsible for VIP's customer service and Quality Assurance Programs. She comes to VIP as a former training director of a large retail company where she worked for several years. She also worked in the Public Sector for 15 years, providing education and training in the public school setting.

Leica is an experienced trainer in business education, computers, and keyboarding. Though immersed in VIP's day-to-day running as a Consulting Services Administrator, Leica's real love is training and education. Her expertise lies in organizational skills, human resources, training, and bookkeeping. Leica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education from Brigham Young University.




Brenda is a highly skilled ERP documentation and functional project lead/project manager with over 25 years of IT experience. She is a Certified Project Manager and has over eight years of experience with ERP systems. Her experience includes JD Edwards and SAP implementations and upgrades, documentation and training design and delivery, end-user support, functional analysis, and testing.

Her background also includes system design, process re-engineering, system conversion, programming/development, user training, and post implementation support in a project lead and business analyst capacity. She has worked with small to very large (international) private corporations, including manufacturing, software development, oil and gas production, energy providers, web broadcasting, and automotive supply; non-profits; and county and state government agencies. Her functional areas of expertise include Human Resources/Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Distribution, Work Orders, Inventory Control, and Procurement. Her diverse background results in expertise on the functional side, while fully understanding technical issues and problems. She is a very strong written and verbal communicator, is a published author and a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand.

Brenda has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and has completed over 1000 hours of technical and functional IT training.


Rana is one of VIP most valuable technical writers and instructional designers with a BA in International Affairs and Business Administrations from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, TX and studies abroad in France and Egypt, she has conducted language skill evaluations, instructional methods and technical writing and translations.

She became part of the VIP Course Development team and has worked extensively with our web-based training methodology creating e-learning courses for many of our clients. She has develop personalized learning materials and trained end users for government, education, medical and engineering clients.

In addition to her professional experience she is a Arabic/English translator for civil court trials and was an intern for the Houston World Affairs Council.


Kay Tucker, a Certified Public Accountant who earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston, brought her expertise to VIP in July of 2005. A 20-plus year veteran in HR/payroll, from manual to mainframe, including multi-state, governmental and Canadian payrolls; her year and a half as VP of Finance & Administration for the Lone Star Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society adds non-profit to her resume.

Kay’s cultivation in HR/Payroll through manufacturing, public sector, non-profit and service industry, in addition to her financial experience and education make her a unique asset in implementation of SAP modules. While most of her SAP background is dealing with the HR related modules, her understanding of the FI/CO modules facilitates the integration process more clearly. Her proficiency has excelled through SAP projects assisting in documentation, configuration, testing, business process analysis, and issue resolution.

During her tenure at Tenneco Automotive and Pactiv, Kay’s management proficiencies while on the implementation project team for SAP, placed her in the administration of the company’s HR/Payroll Operations. This encompassed operations, accounting, and tax, with a payroll of 30,000 employees in 48 states, over 150 manufacturing plants, and 50-plus unions.

This accomplished CPA’s mastery in HR/Payroll makes her a tremendous asset to our organization. She is a published author and a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand.



Safiatou is our senior French Translator, having been with VIP since 2003. She has worked in the oil and gas production vertical, as well as in the manufacturing and tourism environment. Her ability to train, document, and write in both English and French, in the SAP and non-SAP environments, makes her a valuable addition to the VIP team.

Safiatou has provided training & support to employees and managers through one-on-one training, group programs, and stand up training presentations, which she has presented in both English and French. Her thorough command of these two languages allows her to provide support for international projects in North America, Europe and Africa. Her ability to translate technical documents to user-friendly documentation in a timely manner is among her strengths.

Safiatou’s academic background includes; German – Volkshochschule; Education Degree with Minor in Accounting - Henri Dunant Institute in Angers; and BTEC –Accounting -Camille Claudel Institute.



Frank brings a broad Human Resources Development background with over 18 years experience in the field to VIP. His corporate assignments span across many functional areas including training, information systems, corporate communications, sales development, marketing, logistics, manufacturing, and staff support. His reputation for demonstrated expertise in the field has led clients and corporations to call upon him numerous times to either provide advice or to contribute formally to a variety of H.R. engagements in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and the U.S.A.

Frank has provided training & support to employees and managers in transition through one-on-one counseling, group programs, workshops, & training sessions presented in English or Spanish. His thorough command of these two languages allows him to provide his expertise in an instructional, liaison, coordinating, or language support capacity for international projects in North, Central and South America. He has also designed corporate recruiting programs that make extensive use of technology and behavioral-based interviewing techniques. His academic background includes a Human Resources Technology degree from Colegio Universitario Fermin Toro at Caracas, Venezuela, and a Human Resources Development degree through San Antonio based Our Lady of the Lake University. He is an active member of various business and faith-based initiatives in the Houston, Texas area.



As a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional with 18 years of continued professional development, Rafael’s specialties encompass various areas: Project management, Contract Management and Administration, Process and Business Analysis, IT Consulting Services, Account Management, Procurement Management, Contract Negotiations and Budget Management.

With a B.A. in Computer Studies from the Webster University in St. Louis, he is also an ITIL representative responsible for building IT Service Management offerings with experience in Process and Service Delivery models, a SAP R/3 Super User and Trainer, as well as an expert in SAP PS (Project Systems for Contract Management) and SAP Procurement. He is also skillful with the following software: RWD’s InfoPak Suite, SAP, iTutor, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, Lotus Notes.


Fernando is an assertive, Technical/functional documentation Project Manager, with over 10 years of experience in complex IS design and implementation; Bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical Writer and Software Application developer. Information Technology Analyst with emphasis in Business Process consults and business process engineering managing large scale projects. Able to establish excellent rapport in cross-functional teams; Create realistic project schedules and budgets; Resolve critical path issues; set expectations, manage risks and deliver results consistently on time and within budget.

Analytical problem solver with a significant portfolio of Professional Certifications. Roger Bolzani is Certified, Senior SAP MM ABAP and Configuration consultant, with over 6 years of SAP R/3 (Versions 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, 4.6 & 47 Enterprise) experience. Roger has served in 12 Fortune 100 - SAP projects and 5 Complete Cycle Implementations. He is a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand.

His skill set includes: Supply Chain (APICS based), Production Planning (PP), Workplace - MySAP.com, ASAP (Accelerated SAP Methodology), TQM - Total Quality Management and MRP II/Just-in-Time Production.

Roger holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, from UFRGS, Porto Alegre, Brazil and Graduate Studies in "ISO 9000 - Implementations and Preparation to Certification" - PUCRS. He also has post-graduate studies and specialization in Industrial Production Management, from PUCRS Porto Alegre, Brazil. His projects list include: HYDRO BRASIL, ALLIED DOMECQ BRASIL, HOCHTIEF, ALCAN COMPOSITES, KOSTAL CORPORATION, FRESENIUS MEDICAL, SCHINCARIOL, PANARELLO, KARNE KEIJO, BROSE, COMIGO, SULTEPA and AGRÁRIA.

Roger is Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and currently supports VIP's operational needs in Brazil and the South American Region.



Pastor is a thorough SAP professional racking up over 15 years experience in various industries: Oil/ Gas, Manufacturing, Steel, Services and Education. His functional expertise include Strategic Planning, Project Planning, Human Resources/Recruitment, Finance (Budget, Accounts Payable, Contracts) FI-CO, Refinery Processes, Processes Reengineering, Systems Analysis, IS Design/Implementation, DBA, Business Development, Project Leadership, Inventory Control, Change Management, Site Security and Procurement alongside with Public Relations and Customer Support.

As a trainer, Pastor’s applied expertise relates to Business Education, Computers, and Programming Languages. Among others, his skills’ set includes: Relational Databases, Software Applications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Lotus, Organization Tools: MS Project, Primavera Project Planner, Languages: Pascal, Basic, C++, Java Script, ABAP/4, HTML, PHP and OSs: DOS, Windows 95 / 98 / 2000 / 2003 / XP / NT, LINUX: UBUNTU y RED HAT. Pastor has proficient knowledge of General Programming, Report Writing, Statistical Analysis, and Linear Programming. Judy is a skilled Instructional Designer and Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience providing management development solutions, OD, and internal consulting for business process improvement. Her background includes Banking, Telecommunications (MCI Southwestern Bell, Lucent Technologies and Avaya), public sector and most recently oil & gas. As Customer Services Manager for Lucent Technologies, she served as a SME and end-user trainer for their SAP R/3 nationwide implementation. She designed and developed customized MM documentation and training for logistics offices and traveled to company’s warehouses to train and assist with subsequent SAP cutovers.

Prior to joining VIP in January, 2007, Judy retired from the City of Houston as Division Manager of Learning and Information Systems where she was responsible for IT support and end-user training. Judy coordinated all training efforts for the Houston Airport System’s SAP R/3 implementation of FICO and MM – Procurement - modules. She is also a dynamic HR trainer, covering specialties such as: Professional Management Development, Change Management and Balanced Scorecards. She is a Certified DISC instructor, and is a certified Blanchard Teambuilding Instructor. She is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP R/3 - MySAP (MM), VISIO, and RWD Info Pak, Resite and OnDemand.

She holds as B.A. degree in English Literature from Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD and is a “Certified Training and Development Specialist” through the International Personnel Management Association- IPMA.



Lakshmi has performed successfully, over 5 years, at different IT levels and in different corporate environments, in a variety of technical projects/engagements. Such exposure makes her a solid resource, and Application Development Cycle project asset, capable of acting as a technical application trainer, analyst and test coordinator/lead.

Lakshmi prior engagements with business organizations include HEB, CSAA and Metlife. She holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Mathematics, a Master in Computer Applications, and also a professional certification as CSTE--Certified Software Test Engineer.



Carolina is an experienced ERP/SAP Organizational Knowledge Management professional with multidisciplinary and multi-industry exposure. Her career expands over 8 years, thus allowing her the vision and understanding of the complexities arising of the modern, ever changing/growing body of knowledge that encompasses and combines proprietary information and topics, as well as disciplines and issues in a variety of industries and business organizations. She is undoubtedly equipped to serve as a creative and versatile Change Management resource anywhere, anytime.

Some of Carolina’s previous engagements include clients such as Siemens Telecommunications, Prepara2America Inc., Siemens and Colombocar. Her ability to understand and address the needs of clients, plus a direct, thorough, disciplined way to communicate and work with colleagues, business process owners and subject matter experts, has secured her a place in the field of Knowledge and Change Management, and the respect of those who know her as a professional and personable individual. Carolina’s academic achievements include a BS in Industrial Engineering (year 2000), an MBA with international accreditation (year 2003), and numerous relevant courses and workshops. Patricia accounts for at least 25 years of experience, and successful performance, assisting corporate clients with their AS/400 computing platforms and their ensuing maintenance or disaster recovery needs. Besides her technical knowledge, she possesses a very affable and professional demeanor for which she is respected by colleagues and managers alike. Patricia is truly an asset, and a promoter of quality, consistency and thoroughness in her field of expertise.

Corporate clients that have benefited from Patricia’s skill and experience are Cooper Industries, The Harbor Group, Keane, Inc. and CEMEX, USA. She obtained her education at Central Texas College (Killeen, TX) and holds an IBM Certificate as Advanced Operator



KEVIN is an IT/DBM professional with 11 years as a DBA, 7 as an Oracle 11i Applications expert, 2 years Oracle 11i 'Functional' (Discoverer and Workflow) consultant, and 18 more as a Unix Systems Administrator. A native Houstonian, Kevin became interested in Computer Science in 1981, while a student at Booker T. Washington High School, as he watched a short film on NASA robotics. Later he enrolled at North Texas State University in Denton, Texas, where he earned (1985) a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a multi-departmental Business and Economics Minor.

UNIX is a hobby for Kevin, though his primary skill set is that of an 'Oracle Database Administrator', having worked hard to stay current on the emerging Oracle Database and 11i Applications technologies. Likewise, he has performed in multiple Oracle 7, Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i and Oracle 10G installs and migrations, lending support in the process to Oracle’s databases 10.7, 11.5.1 - 11.5.10 and 11i applications instances. He has successfully implemented complex Oracle technologies cloning from RMAN Backups, using 11i AutoConfig utilities and configuring the 9iAS infrastructure. Kevin works effectively with Upper Management and Developers to troubleshoot different custom code and application issues for key users in critical, high-visibility, situations. He too implements technical solutions for the whole Oracle 11i platform.



Matthew joined VIP-Global in August 2007. His specialty is primarily twofold: Functional and Training Support for SAP HR, and then for the SAP FI-CO and MM modules.

Matthew’s ample experience relates to areas such as Organizational Management, Reports, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Attendance, within the SAP HR Module. In some of his previous engagements Matthew has provided end-user training related to SAP implementations, while helping update or develop fellow associates’ skills. He is also a Subject Matter Expert in Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and General Human Resources Policies and Procedures.


Mauro Flores responsibilities are within Business Intelligence Solutions area. Mr. Flores' professional career spans nine years of the computer industry and his experience includes positions with Cemex USA, Dresser Energy, Saks Inc, Miller Brewing Co, WildOats Foods, Cabot Oil and Gas, Calpine Electricity, Academy Sports and Outdoors, SouthWest Bank of Texas, Reliant Energy, Shell Services International, Texaco Oil Company and Penzoil, as external consultant and
Gamesa - Pepsico, Avantel-MCI and Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) like full
time employee.

Mauro has been a business consultant for the past nine years using programming tools to develop server-clients applications and for the last six years using the top of the multidimensional and relational technology for company analysis.

Mauro received a B.S. in Computer Science from Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) and his credentials has been evaluated by Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. International Education Consultants giving him the equivalent of the US degree of Bachelor degree of Science in Computer Engineering.



Pedro comes to VIP with 24 years experience in Manufacturing and Business Process reengineering for energy sector’s organizations. He has been responsible for Goods, Equipment, Materials and Services Procurement required by upstream and downstream activities. He accounts for over 10 years of SAP experience designing, developing and implementing supply-chain solutions for the Oil and Gas industry, with special emphasis on SAP R/3 Logistics Modules (MM, PM, PP and PS). Among other roles, Pedro has been responsible for Organizational Change Management strategies and served as an SAP Senior Process Functional Trainer. Likewise, he has done extensive work as a Bilingual Documentation Developer creating Job/ Quick Reference Aids and Power Point Concept slides in Spanish and English.

Relevant additional experience of his includes two full SAP implementations cycles, and two SAP upgrades. SAP R/3 Project Management, SAP Data Coordination / SAP Master Data Conversion, Risk Assessments and Management, Change Management, Super / End User training, Coaching and Post Go-Live Support complement his list of skills. As a hands-on SAP professional he can assist in Project Coordination, Justification and Complete Cycle Budget Management. Pedro’s education features a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, University of Toledo - Ohio and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, Maracaibo, Venezuela.


Anna brings excellent networking and socializing capabilities to the VIP team. She is a top performer in multi-tasking environment, offering the highest ethical standards and a passion for insight, execution and results.

She especializes in translations in different languages. Topping her Literature and Linguistics studies with a recent Ph. D. Studies in French Linguistics from the Vienna University in Austria she is a native Hungarian who speaks excellent and accentless German, as well as an excellent English, Italian and French, with a basic knowledge of Spanish & Russian.

She is also an expert Web and Graphic Designer with Public Relations and Sales Customer support experience. Extense knowledge of Macromedia MX, MX 2004 (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks) and the Adobe Family (Reader, PageMaker, Photoshop 7.0, CS, Illustrator CS, GoLive 7.0, Premiere 6.0, InDesign CS) softwares.


A seasoned multilingual (English, French, & German) Professional, Roger Joli-Coeur, joined VIP’s ranks in the summer of 2005. His Master in Business Administration (Management Information System), together with his 20 years of experience in the IT industry, his proficiency in RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand, languages and mastery in technical documentation and training development, make him an invaluable asset to VIP.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (management information systems) from Université Laval, Quebec City (Quebec) and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Saint-Francis Xavier University, Antigonish (Nova-Scotia).


Loralee’s expertise in training and professional development springs from multinational experience and work in US Based and International venues. She has consulted groups from various verticals to include Travel and Tourism, Pharmaceutical Operations and Energy. While living in East Africa, she worked with local politics, women’s groups, and local universities to gain an understanding of Cultural Norms and Business Practices of the African Region. She is a motivational speaker and an excellent Human Resources Trainer. Loralee headed a recruiting and training practice for a travel organization. She trained students in China and Europe for six months on use of American Business English and awareness of Western cultural practices. Loralee is a current Cultural Awareness trainer for a global energy corporation, where she has delivered executive level training for the African and Middle Eastern Regions.

Loralee was involved in the creation of pharmaceutical product distribution and accounting solution (IT System) that tracked hundreds of clients and generated efficiencies in the purchase cycle. Loralee assisted in the creation of a custom software solution to manage this system and track resources. She served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit aimed at helping seniors gain more consistent access to prescription medication and provided consulting to clients regarding the actionable benefits of Medicare D.

Robert is a seasoned SAP (HR, MM, PP, SD, WM, and PM) Trainer, Curricular Developer, and Technical Writer with over 7 years of experience in various ERP implementation environments. His exposure to a number of industries and business organizations has equipped him to be a creative and versatile resource anywhere he goes. He even served at one time as copyeditor for a bi-national (USA-Mexico) trade publication: Business Mexico Magazine.

Robert’s ability to understand and address the needs of a corporate client, plus an efficient, thorough, disciplined way to communicate and work with colleagues, business process owners and subject matter experts, has won him the respect of those who get to know him at a professional and personal level. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas, and a Certificate in International Business from Universidad La Salle in Mexico City, Mexico.


This German born SAP expert is fluent in Hungarian and English in addition to his native tongue. He is a Certified SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant, proficient in Accelerated SAP (ASAP Methodology). Georg’s focus is in Training, Consulting, Support, IT Project Communications & Organizational Development. Module expertise: SAP R/3, MM, SD, PP, and PS, with experience in Logistics, Production Planning, Purchasing, and Sales and Distribution.

A Highly proficient Trainer in SAP, Georg has planned, prepared and conducted seminars, workshops and End User training deliveries. He has conducted train-the-trainer sessions and supported trainers during project Go-Live & Help Desk Support Georg has prepared concept presentations, training documentation, business cases and testing.

Georg manages VIP’s representation in Hungary, Austria, Germany and the UK.



Peter Tham, born and raised in Malaysia is a multilingual IT engineer with a ten years career with IBM Malaysia. After receiving a First Class Honors degree in Computer Science & Business Studies at the University of Luton, United Kingdom, Peter was offered a position as IT Specialist with IBM Nederland, where he was responsible for the designing, implementing and maintenance of the network infrastructure of all IBM locations in The Netherlands. He single-handedly designed and implemented the new server farm for IBM HQ in Amsterdam. Peter's technical knowledge, equipped with his impeccable organization and communication skills, earned him a Service Coordinator position, with a later promotion to Project Manager, in which he oversaw the technical processes and standards for IBM ThinkPad repair centers across EMEA.

A quick study, and technically savvy, Peter is extremely detail oriented and focused. He is also proficient in most Microsoft Office products, Windows platforms, programming namely in C, Informix, Visual Basic, SQL, NetObject Fusion, system integration, change management, backup & recovery process, technical documentation & presentation.

His thorough knowledge in a sizable number of programming, scripting languages, applications, tools, quality assurance (QA) and testing environments makes him quite a resourceful, dynamic, and yet mature and affable individual—an asset.

Ugan’s previous engagements took him to work in different locales for such large clients as USAA, SBC Communications, Capital One Online Banking and Unify Corporation. His educational record, equally impressive, reports a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Engineering with an emphasis in Electronics & Communications, and even an MBA.


This multilingual support professional, preferring to be addressed as “Sonia,” has over a decade in the field of business Administration Support. Ms. Franco is proficient in professional interviewing, communications and correspondence, as well as accounting and inventory control as a former member of the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She possesses outstanding Customer Service skills, as well as record/data management and immigrations procedures credentials.

Sonia is a seasoned professional with excellent documentation and organization skills with exposure to the healthcare industry. As a Quality Assurance Trainer, Sonia has polished skills in coaching, supervising and counseling teams.

Holding two Associate Degrees and certification as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, Sonia brings quality and excellence to the VIP team.



Letitia is an accomplished trainer and project leader with an abundance of ERP system experience. She has been a part of multiple SAP implementations and upgrades and is skilled in documenting functionality and delivering training. Letitia has also successfully completed tasks associated with Organizational Change Management, helping companies prepare for how an enterprise system will impact them.

Letitia has a vast skill set. She has successfully lead teams assembled for process improvement measures, and has trained people on ERP solutions across the United States, in Canada, and in Mexico. Her experience with SAP includes the MM, QM, SD, and FI modules, the Waste and Recycle solution, and Business Warehouse. She is a skilled user of InfoPak, KNOA, all Microsoft Office tools (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Access, and Publisher), NetMeeting, Interwise, Mobius, Intercall, Document Direct, Epson, Remedy, and Webex. Additionally, she is a very skilled communicator in both the written and verbal capacity.

Letitia is currently working toward her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.


Cordelia came to VIP in September 2005 bringing technical expertise tempered by a focus on education. She has 4+ years of IT experience including hardware and software installation and maintainence, customer technical support, and web design and installation.

She is proficient with the following software packages: Articulate, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, File Maker Pro, PageMaker, and Photoshop, RWD/Infopak, UPerforme, Resite and OnDemand. Cordelia has been involved in teaching students from the elementary to college level for the last 17 years, both in the classroom and one-on-one. She has also worked as a copy editor and technical writer. Cordelia holds a BS in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and is ABD for a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Rice University.


Kash comes to VIP with over 15 years of experience collectively in Infrastructure Design, Implementation, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. A strong background in advanced software and hardware support and extensive experience in Project Management and Disaster Recovery has given him the opportunity to work with IBM and other fortune 500 companies. He has also served as a senior level manager for "Big 5" companies and has been a network administrator for large engineering firms designing and configuring Wide Area Networks and providing professional services primarily in the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity arena.



Anne is a Technical Writer and Professional English Instructor who has a Masters Degree in English from Brigham Young University. As a technical writer she was responsible for leading teams of educational researchers and computer programmers in designing educational software programs.

Anne has over 7 years experience in professional writing and editing, as well as over 3 years experience in teaching English. She is a native speaker of English, but is conversant in Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese.



Samuel has coordinated implementation projects for the SUMTOTAL 7.1 LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Success Factors Performance Management Appraisal Systems. He is also a business e-Commerce/CRM Analyst and an expert technical end-user trainer. In the past he supervised Duke University's Medical Center Office of Info Technology and served as a US Navy Supervisor of Communications, where he trained personnel on computer, communications and software intelligence technologies. He was also nominated for the Navy Achievement Medal for leadership as an Intelligence Analysis Trainer.

Samuel brings to VIP 12 years experience in production services and organizational communications, 8 years leadership experience in client support operations, call centers, and help desk environments, 8 years experience in product/services training with clients and employees at every organizational level, 7 years experience in applications training, project management, systems administration, superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Samuel is a quick learner able to rapidly understand and utilize new products, services, technologies and organizational practices. He is an analytical problem solver and a team player.
