Luis is an ambitious, highly motivated information technology professional with an excellent record of growth and accomplishments. His strong skills lie in customer service and support, web/ graphic developing, e-Learning, database (PL/SQL) development and maintenance, and software quality assurance/testing and troubleshooting.

Luis has served as an IT support professional, a CBT/WBT Developer, an e-Learning Consultant, and an inventory control specialist. Luis is also proficient with RWD InfoPak, Macromedia Captivate, ToolBook and Lectora.
 
Luis earned his B.B. in management information systems, from Sam Houston State University. He has also earned two AA degrees, one from Montgomery College, and another from Industrial Technologies University Institute in Venezuela.

Luis’ professional certificates include a Microsoft Network Operating Systems Certificate, and a Software Quality Assurance Engineering Certificate. Luis is a bilingual resource, fluent in Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
