VIP-LMS™ allows users to allocate, track, and control their Web-based training activities. System administrators can centralize or de-centralize the administration function to suit the needs of the organization. Whether your students are next door, in the next state, or overseas, VIP-LMS™ allows you to perform all the functions necessary to develop courses, assign students to such courses, and track their progress.

VIP-LMS™ is designed to provide consistent launching and tracking capabilities between courses developed by multiple vendors.

Once students have completed their courses, VIP-LMS™ can produce several different types of reports and if you have a unique need that VIP-LMS™ does not currently handle, VIP provides customization support to ensure that the training tool meets your needs.

Components of VIP-LMS™

The main VIP-LMS™ browser-based interface contains two entry portals plus a direct link for students to register and/or assigning courses. A client-server system administrator portal and a student portal that allows to set up and manage all aspects of the training program.

1. Students

Student will register and assign themselves an username and password which they will use to register and take the courses available, take tests and view their own records.

2. Administrators

VIP-LMS™ provides for two levels of administration. An administrator can: add, edit, and delete students information and may assign courses and or certification classes to students. The system can track large groups of students allowing for decentralized administration of the registration and course enrollment processes.

The VIP-SAP 4.7 Full Course has a test for each module. Each test has 5 questions (there are 4 randomly selected tests for each module). Results are calculated in percentages: 100% and 80% are marked in green indicating satisfactory completion. 60% and below are marked in red indicating unsatisfactory completion. The Administrator can reset this particular result and allow the student to take the test again. Reporting capabilities allows the administrator to view and group students by different categories and test results.

Certification and VIP-LMS™ Reports

A Proprietary Certificate of completion will be awarded to every student that approved by the administrator has succesfullycompleted a course.
